[Music] Hey, future Noles. My name is Hannah and welcome to FSU's office of admissions. Today, we're going to walk you through how to link your self-reported transcript and academic record system, better known as your stars record, through your admissions portal. Let's get started. [Music] Before you begin, make sure you've submitted your application to Florida State University and have gained access to your admissions portal. If you applied through the Common App, it may take up to 48 hours for you to receive access. Once you're in your admissions portal, look for the self-reported transcript and academic record system section. Click the submit your stars record button. Now it's time to shine. Since you're accessing your STARS record through your admissions portal, Florida State University will automatically appear on your STARS dashboard. Click begin. Enter your school's information and dates of attendance. Then scroll down and select enter coursework to start inputting your grades. Be sure to enter your coursework exactly as it appears on your official transcript for grades 9 through 12. If you have not yet received your grades, please list your courses as in progress. Need tips or have questions? Visit admissions.fsu.edu/first-year/stars. This is where you can find instructions and frequently asked questions about the stars record. Once all your coursework is entered, head over to the review and submit tab. Carefully read the notice at the top. Review your report and when you're confident everything is correct, hit submit. Please allow two to three business days for FSU to sync your stars record information with your application. To confirm submission, visit your admissions portal. Once you see that green check mark, you're golden. And that's it. You've officially submitted your STARS record to FSU. Still have questions? Give us a call at (850) 664-6200. Email us at admissions fsu.edu or connect with us on social media. Good luck and go Noles.
