Program Benefits

The High School Partner Program recognizes the complexities often associated with the admission application process and aims to provide comprehensive support to students by offering:

  1. Personalized assistance: Students receive personalized guidance and support throughout the FSU admissions application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process. This ensures that they have the necessary resources and information to complete these important applications accurately and efficiently.
  1. Priority admission consideration: Students participating in the High School Partner Program receive priority consideration for admission to Florida State University.

  2. Automatic consideration for scholarships: Students from partner schools who are not eligible for the CARE Summer Bridge Program are eligible to be considered for the Partner Promise scholarship. This award provides financial support amounting to $3,000 per year, distributed over four years, totaling $12,000. Students in the program are also automatically considered for merit-based scholarships offered by admissions.

  3. Continued support and engagement: Even after enrollment, the program maintains communication, support, and engagement with students. This ensures that they receive ongoing assistance and resources throughout their academic journey at FSU.

It is important to note that while the High School Partner Program provides extensive support, it does not guarantee admission to Florida State University. However, it aims to enhance students' chances of success by equipping them with valuable resources and opportunities during the application process.
